Cassidy joined our office in February 2020 as Clinical Coordinator. She is in charge of case management to ensure consistent documentation of the clients progress, reviewing specialized assessments, and auditing therapist notes on a weekly basis. She has the responsibility of managing all Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) claims, including but not limited to, keeping in constant communication with case managers, nurse consultants, return to work specialists, editing progress reports for each client, and following up on treatment approvals.
Cassidy is a recent graduate from McGill University, with a degree in Psychology and a double minor in Behavioural Sciences and History. Having both Canadian and British citizenship, she has always loved to travel and completed a semester abroad in England, studying at the University of Nottingham. It was her time spent in Nottingham that enabled Cassidy to realize the urgency for proper mental health awareness across the globe. She plans to complete her masters and become a psychotherapist herself.
