Justin Fram, MACP, RP

Justine Fram is a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree from Yorkville University. She is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and is a member of  the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).

She provides client-centred therapeutic interventions to address the unique emotional and psychological challenges faced by clients. She believes the therapeutic relationship can support clients to gain deeper self-understanding, learn new skills, and find their values to promote personal growth. She provides treatment to adults who are experiencing challenging life transition, grappling with crisis, or needing support in relation to emotional/psychological health. She works collaboratively with clients, making personalized treatment plans to facilitate their healing and growth. She is a strong believer in clients being active participants in their therapy, fostering a partnership that empowers their progress. Models that she finds helpful include, but are not limited to, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Person-Centred Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. Her work with clients is trauma-informed, and incorporates an attachment, emotion, and relational focus.
